Michelle and Chris are long time friends of ours. We photographed their family at the Auckland Domain as they often spend time in this park. We captured them interacting and having fun together, the kids have lots of energy and enjoyed running around through the autumn leaves. It was the first time Michelle and Chris had family photos taken since having kids so we made an afternoon of fun for the three young ones which resulted in natural family photos that will be treasured forever.
It was lots of fun photographing Isla for her first birthday, she was so photogenic and would smile whenever we told her to clap her hands. As it was a miserable day outside Jade and I had fun turning the living area of her house into a pretty set, the natural light and airy feel was perfect for the indoor photography session.
We also captured the four generations of females in the Taylor family. This was a surprise for Jades grandma when we showed up at her house, she really loved the experience as its not often all the girls can get together for a special photo shoot. The funniest thing was the girls all wore polka dots and this was just a coincidence!
We had great fun photographing Jade and Rory and Rory's extended family as a Christmas gift to the parents. It was a lovely day and the kids loved playing with Grant as he incorporated goofing around as well as taking stunning candid pictures of the little ones.
Julia and Rob are great friends of ours and it has been awesome photographing them as they begin a new chapter in there lives. Julia had a lovely styled baby shower, the food and decorations were just perfect! I also had the pleasure of taking some pregnancy photos of Julia and Rob, we took some in there lovely home and also on location, we had lots of fun! A few weeks later their beautiful daughter Macy was born and I was able to photograph her at nine days old! She is such a cutie.
